Overview

MOC306XM/MOC316XM は、ゼロ電圧クロッシング・バイラテラル・トライアック・ドライバの機能を実行するモノリシック・シリコン・ディテクタへ光結合された GaAs 赤外線放射ダイオードで構成されています。115/240 VAC 活線を電源とする機器 (ソリッド・ステート・リレー、産業用制御、モータ、ソレノイド、消費者向けアプライアンスなど) に対する論理システムのインタフェースをトライアックで使用するために設計されています。
