Overview

単線トランシーバの AMIS-30600 は、SOIC-8 パッケージのモノリシック集積回路です。プロトコル・コントローラと物理バスの間のインタフェースとして機能します。AMIS-30600 は、車載や産業用アプリケーションで LIN システムのバス・ラインの駆動に特に適しています。さらに、標準的な ISO9141 システムで使用できます。電流消費を低減するため、AMIS-30600 にはスタンバイモードがあります。バスのメッセージによるウェイクアップは、デバイスがノーマル動作モードに切り替えられるまで INH 出力をハイにプルします。このトランシーバは、I2T100 テクノロジで実装され、同じチップ上で共存できるように、高電圧アナログ回路とデジタル機能の両方を有効化しています。AMIS-30600 は、故障状態発生時に無制限の短絡保護を実現して、現行の自動車の車両内ネットワーク (IVN) 要件に非常に安全なソリューションを提供します。
