Overview

AMIS-30663 CAN トランシーバは、コントローラ・エリア・ネットワーク (CAN) プロトコル・コントローラと物理バスとの間のインタフェースであり、12 V と 24 V の両方のシステムで使用できます。デジタル・インタフェース・レベルは 3.3 V 電源から給電され、3.3 V CAN コントローラに真 I/O 電圧レベルを提供します。このトランシーバは、バスへの差動送信機能と CAN コントローラへの差動受信機能を提供します。レシーバ入力のコモン・モード電圧範囲が広い AMIS-30663 は、優れたレベルの電磁感受性 (EMS) に到達できます。同様に、出力信号のマッチングに優れているため、電磁放射 (EME) が極めて低いです。
