Overview

MCCS142236™ は、オンボード 2.85V レギュレータを備えた高精度 18 ビット切替可能アクティブ SCSI–2 バス・ターミネータです。以下の真理値表に従い、切断ピンが LOW になると、MCCS142236™ は SCSI–2 標準バス・システム・インタフェースで 18 ビットの終端に合わせて、精度 110Ω +/- 5% の抵抗プルアップを 2.85V リファレンスに提供します。切断ピンが HIGH になると、デバイス出力は全 18 ビットで高インピーダンス状態になります。レギュレータもオフになり、スタンバイ電力を大幅に削減します。Termpwr が印加されなくても、出力は高インピーダンス状態のままです。

  • Pin Compatible With UC5601, UC5602 and UC5608
  • For Opposite Disconnect Polarity See ON Semiconductor’s MCCS142238
  • 18 Switchable 110W Terminating Resistors
  • 4pF Channel Capacitance During Disconnect
  • Fully Supports Active Negation (Sinks Minimum of 220mA)
  • Built-In 2.85V Regulator With Low Dropout Voltage
  • Very Low Supply Current When Resistors Are Disabled (30mA Max)
  • -650mA Source Current
  • Thermal Shutdown Protection
  • Thin Profile Surface Mount Package: 28–Lead SOIC
