Overview

NCV7704 は車体制御システム用のパワフルなドライバ IC です。この IC は車両のフロント・ドアの一部の負荷を制御するように設計されています。このモノリシック IC は、ミラーの位置やヒーティングのようなミラー機能を制御することができます。LED や蛍光灯バルブ (最大 10 W まで) を駆動する 3 つのハイサイド出力を備えています。 柔軟性 を 最大限に 引き出すため、 すべての 照明 出力 を PWM 入力 (外部信号源) 経由または内部プログラマブル PWM ジェネレータ ・ユニットにより PWM 制御 できます 。 NCV7704 は in−frame 応答により 24 ビット SPI インタフェース経由で制御されます。

  • 24Bit SPI interface for output control and diagnostic
  • Protection against shortcircuit, overvoltage and overtemperature
