Overview

NCV7714 は車体制御システム用のパワフルなドライバです。このデバイスは車両のフロント・ドアの一部の負荷を制御するように設計されています。このモノリシック IC は、エレクトロクロミック・ミラー機能、ミラーの位置、ヒーティングのようなミラー機能を制御することができます。LED や蛍光灯バルブ (最大 10W まで) を駆動する 3 つのハイサイド出力を備えています。柔軟性を最大限に引き出すため、すべての照明出力を PWM 入力 (外部信号源) 経由または内部プログラマブル PWM ジェネレータ・ユニットにより PWM 制御できます。NCV7714 は in-frame 応答により 24 ビット SPI インタフェース経由で制御されます。

  • Very low current consumption in standby mode
  • Charge pump output to control an external reverse polarity protection MOSFET
  • 24Bit SPI interface for output control and diagnostic
  • Protection against shortcircuit, overvoltage and overtemperature
