Overview

LV8400V は、1 チャネルのフォワード/リバース・モータ・ドライバです。フォワードモード、リバースモード、ブレーキモード、スタンバイモードで動作します。H ブリッジ出力段の P/N チャネル構造により、外付け部品の数を最小限にし、低オン抵抗 (0.33 Ω、標準) を実現します。この IC は大電流を必要とするモータの駆動に最適です。
