Overview

NCV7703B は完全に保護されたトリプル・ハーフブリッジ・ドライバで、車載用と産業用の動作制御アプリケーションに特化して設計されています。3 つのハーフブリッジ・ドライバの制御はそれぞれ独立しています。 これにより、ハイ・サイド、ロー・サイド、ハーフブリッジ制御が可能です。ハーフブリッジ制御の状態には、フォワード、リバース、ブレーキ、高インピーダンスがあります。 標準 SPI (シリアル・ペリフェラル・インタフェース) で制御されます。オン・セミコンダクターの NCV7708B ダブル・ヘックス・ドライバと完全互換です。
