Overview

NCV7721 は完全に保護されたデュアル・ハーフブリッジ・ドライバで、車載用と産業用の動作制御アプリケーションに特化して設計されています。2 つのハーフブリッジ・ドライバの制御はそれぞれ独立しています。これにより、ハイ・サイド、ロー・サイド、ハーフブリッジ制御が可能です。ハーフブリッジ制御の状態には、フォワード、リバース、ブレーキ、高インピーダンスがあります。ロジックレベル入力で制御されます。
