Overview

LB11822 は、レーザー・プリンタおよび普通紙コピー機のドラムおよび紙送りモータの駆動に最適な 3 相ブラシレス・モータ・ドライバです。このデバイスは、電力損失を最小限に抑えるためにダイレクト PWM ドライブ技術を採用しています。外部から提供されるクロック周波数 (FG 周波数に対応) に応じてモータ速度を柔軟に制御できるようにするには、LB11822 を LB11825M と組み合わせて使用します。

  • 3相バイポーラ駆動(30V, 3.1A)
  • ダイレクトPWM駆動
  • 出力下側キックバック吸収用ダイオード内蔵
  • 速度ディスクリ＋PLL速度制御方式
  • 速度ロック検知出力
  • 正逆転切替え回路内蔵
  • 電流制限回路, 過熱保護回路, モータ拘束保護回路等の各種保護回路内蔵
