Overview

LB1929 は、レーザー・プリンタ、普通紙コピー機などオフィス・オートメーション機器のドラムおよび紙送りモータの駆動に最適な 3 相ブラシレス・モータ・ドライバです。ダイレクト PWM ドライブにより電力損失の低い制御が可能です。速度制御回路および FG アンプを含む周辺回路が統合されているため、ドライブ回路をシングル・チップで構築できます。

  • 3相バイポーラ駆動(30V, 3.5A)
  • ダイレクトPWM駆動方式
  • 出力下側キックバック吸収用ダイオード内蔵
  • 速度ディスクリ＋PLL速度制御方式
  • 速度ロック検知出力
  • 正逆転切換え回路内蔵
  • 電流制限回路, 過熱保護回路, モータ拘束保護回路等の各種保護回路内蔵
