Overview

MC33035は、高性能の第 2 世代モノリシック・ブラシレス DC モータ・コントローラです。機能を完備した開ループ 3 相 / 4 相モータ制御システムの実装でアクティブになっている必要のある機能がすべて含まれています。適切な転流シーケンスのためのロータ位置デコーダ、センサ電源供給が可能な温度補償済みリファレンス、周波数がプログラム可能な鋸歯発振器、3 つのオープンコレクタ・トップ・ドライバ、3 つの高電流トーテムポール・ボトム・ドライバがあり、パワー MOSFET の駆動に最適です。保護機能も含まれており、低電圧ロックアウト、時間遅延ラッチ・シャットダウン・モードが選択できるサイクル単位の電流制限 、内部サーマル・シャットダウン、マイクロプロセッサ制御システムへインタフェースできる独自の異常出力で構成されます。モータ制御機能には、標準で、オープン・ループ速度、フォワード/リバース方向、ラン・イネーブル、発電ブレーキがあります。MC33035は60° /300°または120° /240°の電気的センサ位相で動作するよう設計されており、ブラシDCモータも効率的に制御できます。
