Overview

AMIS-30422 は大電流範囲バイポーラ・アプリケーション用マイクロ・ステッピング・ステッパ・モータ・ブリッジ・コントローラです。このチップは、2 つの外部電源 NMOS H ブリッジを制御するために、外部コントローラを使って、SPI インタフェース経由でインタフェースします。オンチップの電圧レギュレータ、電圧センシング、自己適応型 PWM コントローラ、スマート・スロープ・コントロール・スイッチング付きプリドライバを搭載しているため、この部品は、産業用と車載用のアプリケーションに対し EMC 準拠していると認められます。電流制御に信頼性を持たせる独自の PWM アルゴリズムを使用しています。
