Overview

AMIS-30624は、シングルチップのマイクロステップ・モータドライバで、位置コントローラと制御／診断インタフェースを備えています。1つのI2Cマスターに最大32個のドライバを接続でき、インテリジェントな周辺システムの構築が可能です。これによりシステムの複雑さを大幅に軽減します。このデバイスは、バスから位置決め命令を受信した後に、固定子コイルを駆動して、2相ステッパモータを求める位置に移動します。このオンチップ位置コントローラは、さまざまなモータタイプ、位置決め範囲、および速度と加減速に関するパラメータの構成が可能（OTPまたはRAM）です。マイクロステップにより、静かなモータ動作、および位置決め分解能の向上が可能です。高度なモーション適格性評価モードにより、選択したモーションパラメータの機能で完全な機械システムの検証が可能になります。AMIS-30624は I2Cバスに容易に接続できます。その I2Cマスターは、個々のスレーブノードから実際の位置、エラーフラグなど特定のステータス情報を取得できます。統合されたセンサレス・ストール検出機能により、ストール時にモータを停止させます。これにより、リファレンス実行時に静音で正確な位置キャリブレーションが可能になり、機械的なエンドストップに近づくとセミクローズドループ動作が可能になります。このデバイスはI2T100テクノロジで実装され、同じチップ上で高電圧アナログ回路とデジタル機能の両方を可能にします。AMIS-30624は車載用電圧要件に完全に適合しています。
