Overview

固定オフ時間付き PWM 電流制御バイポーラ・ドライブを実装しているステッピング・モータ・ドライバ IC です。 この IC は、固定 VREF 電圧を使用する 15 の電源設定レベルがあり、1 ～ 2 相励磁駆動から 4W 1 ～ 2 相励磁駆動までマイクロステッピング駆動のサポートがあります。 このドライブは、プリンタのキャリッジ駆動や紙送りに使用されるようなステッピング・モータの駆動に最適です。

  • プリンターのキャリッジドライブと給紙

  • PWM電流制御(OFF時間固定方式)
  • ロジック入力シリアル・パラレル変換機能(1-2,W1-2,2W1-2,4W1-2相励磁駆動可能)
  • 上下出力ダイオード内蔵
  • 電流減衰切換え機能(SLOW DECAY,FAST DECAY,MIS DECAYモード)
  • 同時ON防止機能(貫通電流防止)
  • ノイズキャンセル機能
  • サーマルシャットダウン回路内蔵
  • ロジック低電圧OFF回路内蔵
  • パワーダウン機能端子付き
