Overview

STK672-740AN-E は、ユニポーラ 2 相ステッパモータ・ドライバ・ハイブリッド IC で使用されるハイブリッド IC です。A、AB、B および BB の 2 相入力信号が特長です。電流抵抗が内蔵されていて、モータ電流は Vref ピンの電圧で設定されます。さらに、STK672-740AN-E は、過電流や過熱に対するさまざまな保護機能を搭載しています。また、STK672-732AN-E とピン互換です。
