Overview

MC34023 シリーズは高速、固定周波数のシングルエンド・パルス幅モジュレータ・コントローラであり、高周波動作向けに最適化されています。オフライン/DC-DC コンバータ・アプリケーションに特化して設計され、設計者は費用効率が高いソリューションで外付け部品を最小限にすることができます。発振器、温度補償リファレンス、広帯域幅エラー・アンプ、高速電流センシング・コンパレータ、高電流トーテムポール出力の機能があり、パワー MOSFET の駆動に最適です。入力/リファレンス低電圧ロックアウト (それぞれにヒステリシス、サイクル単位での電流制限、シングル・パルス・メータリング用ラッチを搭載) から成る保護機能もあります。電流モードと電圧モードのいずれの制御も簡単に設定できる柔軟性があります。
