Overview

NCP1280 は、高効率で少ないパーツ数が求められるオフライン電源の高集積ソリューションを提供します。この電圧モード・コントローラは、アクティブ・クランプ回路のフォワード・コンバータ・プライマリ MOSFET と補助 MOSFET を駆動する制御出力を提供します。プログラマブル遅延付きのセカンダリ出力もセカンダリの同期レクティファイヤの駆動や非対称ハーフ・ブリッジ回路に使用できます。内蔵の高電圧スタートアップ回路 (700 V 機能) によりパーツ数とシステム電力消費を低減しています。ライン UV/OV 保護、ソフト・スタート、シングル抵抗プログラマブル (高) 周波数発振器、ライン電圧フィードフォワード、デュアル・モード過電流保護、および最大デューティ比制御のような追加機能により、最小限のコストでコンバータを最適化できます。従来のフォワード・コンバータと比較して、NCP1280 ベースのコンバータは大幅な効率アップとシステム・コストの節約を可能にします。
