Overview

NCP1382 は SO-14 パッケージに収められており、堅牢で効率的な疑似共振 (QR) スイッチング電源を構築するために必要なものがすべて含まれています。NCP1382 は、フロントエンドの力率改善回路から電力を供給されると、低出力負荷条件 (レベル調整可能) で PFC コントローラを自動的に切断し、スタンバイ電力を改善します。これは、ノートブック・アダプタなどの、中電力から高電力までのオフライン・アプリケーションに特に適しています。出力電力需要が減少するなど、電流セットポイントが所与の値を下回ると、いわゆるスキップ・サイクル・モードへ自動で移行し、低負荷で優れた効率を発揮します。これは、独自のソフトスキップ技法とともに調整可能な低ピーク電流で発生するため、音響ノイズは発生しません。スキップ・サイクルには、フォールドバックとスタンバイが発生する最大スイッチング周波数を簡単に選択できる機能もあります。 NCP1382 、次のようないくつかの効率的な保護オプションも備えています。a) 補助電圧に依存しない短絡過負荷検出、b) 自動回復電圧低下検出、および c) 過電圧保護または過温度保護の場合に回路を外部ラッチする入力。NCP1381 対NCP1382: スキップ調整ピンのラッチオフ・レベル: NCP1381 3.5 V タイプ。NCP1382 2.5 V タイプ
