Overview

UC3842A、UC3843A シリーズの高性能固定周波数電流モード・コントローラは、オフライン/DC-DC コンバータ・アプリケーションに特化して設計され、設計者は費用効率が高いソリューションで外付け部品を最小限にすることができます。高精度デューティ比制御向けトリミング済み発振器、温度補償リファレンス、高ゲイン・エラー・アンプ、電流センシング・コンパレータ、高電流トーテムポール出力の機能があり、パワーMOSFET の駆動に最適です。入力/リファレンス低電圧ロックアウト (それぞれにヒステリシス、サイクル単位での電流制限、 プログラマブル出力デッドタイム、シングル・パルス・メータリング用ラッチを搭載) から成る保護機能もあります。8 ピン・デュアルインライン・プラスチック・パッケージと、14 ピン・プラスチック表面実装 (SO-14) で提供されます。SO-14 パッケージでは、トーテムポール出力段向けに、電力ピンとグランド・ピンが別になっています。UCX842A の UYLO 閾値は、16 V (オン) / 10 V (オフ) で、オフライン・コンバータに最適です。UCX843A は、UVLO 閾値が 8.5 V (オン) / 7.6 V (オフ) の電圧が低めのアプリケーションに向けて構成されています。
