NCP1076 / NCP1077 製品は、固定周波数電流モード・コントローラと 700 V MOSFET を統合したものです。PDIP-7 または SOT-223 パッケージで提供する NCP1076/7 は、ソフトスタート、周波数ジッタリング、ショート保護、スキップサイクル、最大ピーク電流セットポイント、ランプ補償、ダイナミック自己給電 (補助巻線不要) などを高レベルで統合しています。他のモノリシック・ソリューションと異なり、NCP1076/7 は本来的に静かです。公称負荷運転時、利用可能な周波数 (65/100/130 kHz) のいずれかにスイッチします。出力電力需要が減少すると、周波数フォールドバック・モードへ自動で移行し、低負荷で優れた効率を発揮します。電力需要がさらに減少すると、スキップモードへ移行して、スタンバイ消費を無負荷状態まで低減します。保護機能には、過負荷やショートのイベントを検出するタイマ、自動リカバリと AC入力ライン電圧検出による過電圧保護などがあります。 スタンバイ性能向上のため、補助巻線を接続してDSS動作を停止し、高圧線での入力電力消費を50 mWより下に低減します。
