Overview

MC34262/MC33262 はアクティブな力率補正コントローラです。電子バラストやオフライン電源コンバータのアプリケーションでプレコンバータとして使用することに特化して設計されています。スタンドアロン・アプリケーションの内部スタートアップ・タイマ、力率をほとんど 1 にする単一象限乗算器、電流臨界で動作を確保するゼロ電流ディテクタ、相互コンダクタンス・エラー・アンプ、スタートアップ強化のためのクイックスタート回路、トリミング済みバンドギャップ・リファレンス, 電流センシング・コンパレータ、トーテムポール出力の機能があり、パワー MOSFET の駆動に最適です。負荷除去が原因の出力電圧暴走をなくす出力過電圧コンパレータ、ヒステリシスによる入力低電圧ロックアウト、サイクル単位の電流制限、スイッチの最大ピーク電流を制限する乗算器出力クランプ、シングル・パルス・メータリング用 RS ラッチ、MOSFET ゲート保護のためのドライブ出力 high 状態クランプから成る保護機能もあります。デュアルインラインの表面実装プラスチック・パッケージで提供します。
