NCP4303A/Bは、スイッチ・モード電源で同期整流器回路を制御するよう構成された、フル装備のコントローラ/ドライバ です。その多用途性により、フライバック、フォワード、ハーフブリッジ共振LLCなど、さまざまなトポロジで使用できます。最短オン/オフ時間の組み合わせを外部で調整可能であるため、PCBレイアウトなどの寄生成分によって誘発されるリンギングに対処できます。したがって、SRシステムの信頼性が高くノイズレスな動作が保証されます。超低ターンオフ遅延時間で高シンク電流というドライバの能力と、パッケージの寄生インダクタンス自動補償システムにより、同期整流MOSFET伝導時間を最大化できるため、SMPSの効率性がさらに向上します。最後に、VCCの広範な動作範囲とドライバ電圧クランプの2つのバージョンとを組み合わせることにより、24 V出力アプリケーションでSRシステムの実装がしやすくなります。NCP4304は新規設計に推奨されます。 NCP4303は、本番環境でのサポートは継続します。 トリガ入力を使用するLLC設計の性能を強化するため、NCP4304が導入されました。 他の性能とアプリケーションは同じです。

  • Maximum frequency of operation up to 500 kHz
