Overview

MC33341 はモノリシック調整制御回路で、電源やバッテリ充電器などのアプリケーションで、電圧と電流の帰還ループを閉じるように設計されています。このデバイスは、ソースのハイサイド、負荷のハイサイド、ソースのローサイド、負荷のローサイドで、それぞれ内部的に固定された閾値か、外部から調整可能な閾値を使って電流センシングを実行するための独自の機能を備えています。各種電流センシング・モードは、内蔵差動アンプ、反転アンプ、または直接入力パスを選択的に使用することにより切り替えられます。正の電圧センシングは、内蔵電圧アンプにより行われます。この電圧アンプの閾値は内部的に固定されていますが、すべてのローサイド電流センシング・アプリケーションで外部的に調節できます。独立した出力系統では、安価なオプトアイソレータとの直接インタフェースのために、アクティブなハイドライブ出力が提供されます。8 リードのデュアルインライン表面実装パッケージでの提供になります。
