Overview

NCP1850 は、完全にプログラム可能なシングルセル・リチウムイオン・スイッチング充電器で、USB 準拠入力電源と AC アダプタ電源からの充電用に最適化されています。同期 PWM コントローラ、パワー MOSFET、充電サイクル全体の監視 (ソフトウェアによる管理の下での安全機能を含む) を搭載しています。システムを絶縁して電力を供給するため、オプションのバッテリ FET をシステムとバッテリとの間に配置することができます。NCP1850 の接合部温度とバッテリ温度は充電サイクル中監視され、電流と電圧のいずれも I2C 設定に従って変更できます。充電器のアクティビティとステータスは、専用のピンでシステムにレポートされます。入力ピンは過電圧から保護されます。NCP1850 は、USB トランシーバに過電圧保護電源を提供するだけでなく、バッテリ電圧を上げることにより USB OTG サポートも提供します。
