デュアル同期降圧コントローラ

Overview

NCP5425 は、複数の構成で 2 つの入力電源と 1 つまたは 2 つの出力で使用できる内部ゲート・ドライバを備えた非常に柔軟なデュアル降圧コントローラです。このパーツには、フィード・フォワード電圧モード制御方式を利用する 2 つの独立した同期デュアル NFET 降圧レギュレータに必要なすべての回路が含まれています。NCP5425 は、4.6 V ～ 12 V の範囲の単一電源で稼働でき、単一の 2 フェーズまたはデュアルのシングル・フェーズ出力をサポートします。デュアル出力コントローラとして使用する場合、2 番目の出力は最初の出力からの過渡電圧を追跡します。低ノイズ・アプリケーション用のパワー・ブランキングと、独立したサイクルごとの電流制限がサポートされています。このパーツは 20 ピン TSSOP パッケージで提供され、設計者は PCB 面積を最小限に抑えることができます。
