Overview

NCV891930 は最大 38 V (標準) で動作するスプレッド・スペクトラムを搭載した 2 MHz 固定周波数低静止電流降圧コントローラです。クロックと同期するか、または個別に NCV891930 と同期できます。広い入力電圧と出力電圧負荷範囲での高速過渡応答と厳密なレギュレーションのためにピーク電流制御モードが採用されています。フィードバック補償はデバイスの内部ですので、設計を簡素化できます。NCV891930 は、センシティブ AM 帯域を超える定ベース・スイッチング周波数で、3.5 V (スタンバイ時 4.5 V) の車載用入力電圧範囲を、18 V に変換でき、高価なフィルタや EMI 対策が必要なくなります。スイッチング周波数は 20 V から 38 V (標準) までの入力電圧に合わせて 1 MHz にフォールド・バックします。最大 45 V のロード・ダンプ状態で、レギュレータがシャットダウンします。外部 5 V バイアス電源への自動スイッチオーバ付き高電圧バイアス・レギュレータは効率アップのために使用されます。UVLO、電流制限、短絡保護、サーマル・シャットダウンなど複数の保護機能があります。高周波のスイッチングにより、使用するインダクタ値が小さくても、全セラミック出力フィルタ・コンデンサ (スペース効率のよいスイッチング・レギュレータ・ソリューションを形成) であっても、低出力電圧リップルを発生させます。(NCV881930 で提供される 410 kHz バージョン)
