Overview

FAN5370X は、超低 Iq、ステップダウン・スイッチング電圧レギュレータで、入力電圧源 (2.3 V ～ 5.5 V) からの固定出力です。同期式レクティファイヤ機能による独自のアーキテクチャを使用する FAN5370X はピーク効率 93% を実現し、1 mA の負荷電流で 90% 超という効率を維持できます。
