PWM 同期ステップダウン DC-DC コンバータ NCP6360 は、シングルセル・リチウムイオン・バッテリを電源とする 3G/4G ワイヤレス・システム (モバイル / スマートフォン、ファブレット、タブレット...) で使用される RF パワーアンプ (PA) への給電に最適化されています。デバイスは最大 800 mA の電流を供給できます。出力電圧はアナログ制御ピン VCON で 0.6 V ～ 3.4 V まで監視可能です。このアナログ制御により、 通信中の RF パワーアンプ効率を動的に最適化でき、例えばローミング状況などに、通話時間が増加する利点があります。また、DC-DC コンバータ効率を最適化する軽負荷時、NCP6360 は自動的に PFM モードに入り、デバイスが 6 MHz のスイッチング周波数で動作する PWM モードに関して、静止電流の低減に対応する低速スイッチング周波数で動作します。同期式レクティファイヤでシステムの効率性が向上します。NCP6360 は、省スペース、薄型 1.5 x 1.0 mm CSP-6 パッケージで提供されます。
