NCV97311 は 3 出力レギュレータで、低 Iq バッテリ接続 3 A、2 MHz 非同期スイッチャ、低電圧 1.5 A、2 MHz 同期スイッチ 2 つで構成されていて、すべて統合パワートランジスタを使用しています。高電圧スイッチャは 2 MHz 定スイッチング周波数で 4.1 V から 18 V のバッテリ入力を 5 V または 3.3 V 出力に変換して、最大 3 A まで供給できます。最大 37 V の過電圧状態でスイッチング周波数が 1 MHz にフォールド・バックします。最大 45 V のロード・ダンプ状態でレギュレータがシャットダウンします。バッテリ接続降圧レギュレータの出力は 2 つのダウンストリーム同期スイッチャの低電圧入力として機能を果たします。各ダウンストリーム出力は 1.5 A 平均電流制限および 2 MHz 定スイッチング周波数で 1.2 V から 3.3 V まで調整可能です。各スイッチャには独立したイネーブルおよびリセットピンがあり、電源管理の柔軟性が高くなります。低 Iq 動作モードでは、低電圧スイッチャが無効になり、スタンバイ・レールは 30 A 標準 Iq で低 Iq LDO (最大 150 mA) により供給されます。LDO レギュレータは高電圧スイッチャに並列で、スイッチャが強制的にスタンバイ・モードになるとアクティブ化されます。3 つすべての SMPS 出力で内部スロープ補償によるピーク電流モード制御を利用します。内部でソフトスタート、バッテリ低電圧ロックアウト、バッテリ過電圧保護、サイクル単位の電流制限、ヒカップ短絡保護およびサーマル・シャットダウンを設定します。エラー・フラグは診断に利用できます。
