Overview

NCP1532 デュアル・ステップダウン DCDC コンバータは、1 セル Li-ion または 3 セルアルカリ/ NiCd / NiMH バッテリで駆動するポータブル・アプリケーションで、新しいマルチメディア・デザインのコアおよび I/O 電圧の供給専用のモノリシック集積回路です。両チャネルとも、0.9 V から 3.3 V の間の外部調整が可能で、合計最大 1.6A、1 チャネル最大 1.0A までソースできます。コンバータは 2.25MHz のスイッチング周波数で動作し、小さなインダクタ (1uH まで) とキャパシタを使用できるようにすることでコンポーネントのサイズを縮小し、位相を 180 度ずらして動作することにより、バッテリの電流需要を大幅に削減します。自動スイッチング PWM/PFM モードと同期式レクティファイヤによりシステムの効率性が向上します。このデバイスは、低リップルと良好な過渡負荷が必要な低ノイズ・アプリケーション向けに固定周波数 PWM モードで動作することもできます。内蔵のソフトスタート、サイクル単位の電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン保護の機能もあります。また、このデバイスは、2.25 MHz の範囲で外部クロック信号と同期することもできます。NCP1532 は、省スペースの超低プロファイル 3x3 x 0.55 mm 10 ピン uDFN パッケージで提供されます。
