Overview

NCP6324B/C、同期降圧型コンバータのファミリは、1 セル Li-ion または 3 セル・アルカリ/NiCd/NiMH 電池で駆動するポータブル・アプリケーションのさまざまなサブシステムに供給するように最適化されています。外部調整可能な電圧で最大 2 A を供給できます。スイッチング周波数 3 MHz で動作するので、小型サイズのインダクタやキャパシタを採用できます。入力電源電圧フィードフォワード制が採用されており、幅広い入力電圧範囲を扱えます。同期整流と自動 PWM / PFM 省電力モードにより、システム効率が向上します。NCP6324B/C は省スペース、薄型 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.75 mm WDFN-8 パッケージで提供されます。
