Overview

NCP6338 は同期降圧コンバータで、1 セル・リチウムイオン・バッテリか 3 セル・アルカリ/NiCd/NiMH バッテリを電源とするポータブル・アプリケーションで、定電圧、高電力を要求する最新のマイクロプロセッサ (ARM コア・プロセッサ、GPU) に電源供給するよう最適化されています。 このデバイスは、0.6 V 〜 1.4 V の範囲で最大 6 A のプログラミング可能な電圧を供給できます。同期整流と自動 PFM/PWM 遷移により、システム効率が向上します。3 MHz スイッチング周波数で動作するため、小型フォーム・ファクタの外部コンポーネントの使用が可能です。 NCP6338 は、省スペース、薄型 2.06 x 2.46 mm CSP-30 パッケージで提供されます。
