Overview

NCP81242 は、統合されたパワー MOSFET を備えた単相同期降圧レギュレータで、VR12 エンベデッド CPU に高効率でコンパクトなフットプリントの電力管理ソリューションを提供します。このデバイスは、SVID インタフェースにより、調整可能な出力に最大 14 A TDC の出力電流を供給します。1.2 MHz までの高スイッチング周波数で動作するので、小型サイズのインダクタやキャパシタを採用でき、統合された高性能パワー MOSFET により、高効率を維持しています。入力電源と出力電圧の両方からのフィードフォワードによる電流モード RPM 制御により、幅広い動作状態で安定した動作を確保します。
