Overview

NCV6334B は同期降圧コンバータで、1 セル・リチウムイオン・バッテリか 3 セル・アルカリ/NiCd/NiMH バッテリを電源とするポータブル・アプリケーションの多種多様なサブシステムに電源供給するよう最適化されています。外部調整可能な電圧で最大 2 A を供給できます。スイッチング周波数 3 MHz で動作するので、小型サイズのインダクタやキャパシタを採用できます。入力電源電圧フィードフォワード制が採用されており、幅広い入力電圧範囲を扱えます。同期式レクティファイヤでシステムの効率性が向上します。NCV6354 は省スペース、ロープロファイル 2.0x2.0x0.75 mm WDFN-8 パッケージで提供されます。
