NCV6357 は同期 AOT (適応型オンタイム) 降圧コンバータで、最大 5 V 入力のポスト・レギュレーション・システムのような車載アプリケーションの異なるサブ・システムを供給するように最適化されています。このデバイスは、プログラミング可能な出力電圧 0.6 V ～ 3.3 V で、最大 5.0 A まで提供できます。最大 2.4 MHz のスイッチング周波数で動作するため小型コンポーネントが使用できます。同期整流と自動 PFM Pseudo−PWM (PPWM) 遷移により、ソリューションの全体的な効率が向上します。NCV6357 は省スペース、薄型 3.0 x 4.0 mm DFN−14 パッケージで提供されます。
