Overview

NCV8881 は、SMPS 出力低電圧モニタと CPU ウォッチドッグ回路を組み合わせた降圧スイッチング・レギュレータ (SMPS) で構成されています。さらに、2 つの固定電圧低ドロップ・アウトレギュレータ出力が提供され、LDO 出力電圧ステータス出力を共有します。有効になると、ウォッチドッグ信号が存在しなくなるまでレギュレータの動作は継続します。NCV8881 は、40 V の負荷ダンプに耐える必要がある、バッテリ接続の車載アプリケーション向けです。スイッチング・レギュレータは、標準の 9 V 〜 19 V の車載入力電圧範囲を、一定のスイッチング周波数で 3.3 V 〜 8 V の出力に変換できます。これは、抵抗プログラミングにするか、外部クロック信号に同期させることができます。イネーブル入力の閾値とヒステリシスはプログラミング可能で、オープン・ドレインのイグニション・バッファ出力でイネーブル入力状態が複製されます。レギュレータは、電流制限、入力過電圧、過熱シャットダウン、SMPS 短絡シャットダウンによって保護されます。
