NCP1393B は自己発振高電圧 MOSFET ドライバで、主にハーフブリッジ・トポロジを使用するアプリケーション向けにカスタマイズされています。その独自の高電圧テクノロジにより、最大 600 V のバルク電圧を受け付けます。動作周波数は 25 kHz ～ 250 kHz で調整可能であり、使用する抵抗器は 1 つです。電圧低下保護は調整可能で、正確なバルク電圧動作範囲を保証します。内蔵の 100 ms PFC 遅延タイマにより、バルク電圧が完全に安定化されている間はメインのダウンストリーム・コンバータがオンになっていることが保証されます。固定デッドタイムで、シュートスルー電流を低く抑えます。
