Overview

NCP4421/4422 は、大きな MOSFET および IGBT を駆動できる高電流バッファ/ドライバです。直接の過電圧または過損失を除いて、どんなアップセットにも本質的な耐性があります。電力および電圧定格内であれば、どんな状況下でもラッチされません。グランド端子に 5.0 V のグランド・バウンスがあれば、損傷や誤動作は発生しません。どちらの極性でも出力へ強制的に戻される 1.0 A 以上の誘導電流を損傷やロジック・アップセットもなく受け入れることができます。さらに、すべての端子を最大 4.0 kV の静電放電から完全保護します。この入力は TTL または CMOS (3.0 V ～ 18 V) から直接駆動されます。さらに、入力には 300 mV のヒステリシスが組み込まれ、ノイズ耐性が備わり、ゆるやかな波形の立ち上がり、または立ち下がりでデバイスを駆動させることができます。
