NCP81258 は、小型 2 mm x 2 mm パッケージの高性能デュアル MOSFET ゲートドライバであり、同期降圧コンバータでハイサイドとローサイドの両方のパワー MOSFET のゲートを駆動するように最適化されています。ゼロ電流検出機能により、軽負荷状態でも高効率のソリューションが可能になります。VCC UVLO は、電源電圧が低いときに MOSFET が確実にオフになるようにします。双方向のイネーブル・ピンは、UVLO フォールトが検出されたときに、コントローラにフォールト信号を提供します。
