NCV51511はハイ・サイド/ロー・サイド・ゲート・ドライバICで、高電圧、高速、最大80 Vで動作するMOSFETの駆動に向けて設計されています。NCV51511はドライバICとブートストラップ・ダイオードを統合したものです。低遅延時間とPWM入力伝播遅延一致により、さらに性能が強化されています。 ハーフブリッジ/同期降圧構成でNチャネルMOSFETのハイ・サイドとロー・サイドの両方を駆動する設計の高速デュアル・ゲート・ドライバです。最大80 Vの電源電圧で動作できるフローティング・ハイ・サイド・ドライバ です。ハイ・サイドとロー・サイドとでそれぞれ入力が独立しているため、アプリケーションの入力制御信号の柔軟性を最大化できます。PWM入力信号（高レベル）は3.3 V、5 V、最大でVDDロジック入力になり、可能な限りすべてのアプリケーションをカバーします。
