Overview

FAN7387 は、蛍光灯や HID ランプで汎用されるハーフブリッジ・インバータ、SMPS、バラスト用のシンプルな制御 IC です。FAN7387 には、外部抵抗器/キャパシタを使用する発振回路があります。周波数変動は広い温度範囲にわたって非常に安定しています。FAN7387 にはデッドタイム制御とシャットダウンのための外部ピンがあります。この抵抗器を使用する設計者は、トランジスタや MOSFET などのスイッチング・デバイスでの電力損失を低減するのに最適なデッドタイムを選択できます。
