Overview

NCP5603 は中電力の白色 LED アプリケーション専用の集積回路です。電力変換は 2 つの外付けセラミックキャパシタを使用するチャージ・ポンプ構造により達成され、 システムが極めて小さくなります。このデバイスは低バッテリ電圧源からの負荷に定電圧を供給します。バッテリ寿命が延長され、低コスト、低電力アプリケーションで使用される高効率 LED に適しています。
