Overview

NCV7681 は 8 つの 100 mA 線形プログラマブル定電流ソースで構成されます。車載アプリケーション向け LED ベースのリヤ・コンビネーション・ランプと明滅機能のレギュレーションと制御での使用に向けて設計されています。 NCV7681 によるシステム設計では、ストップ (100% デューティ比) およびテール・イルミネーション (プログラマブル・デューティ比) の 2 つのプログラム済みレベルが可能になります。または、オプションの外部 PWM 制御が実装できます。 LED の輝度レベルは 2 つの外付け抵抗器で簡単にプログラミング (ストップは絶対電流値へプログラム、テールはデューティ比へプログラム) できます。オプションの外部バラスト FET を使用すると、高電流が要求される設計上で配電が可能になります。セットバック電力制限により、過電圧状態での駆動電流が低減します。これは、外部 FET が使用されていない場合の低電力アプリケーションで最も有用です。 エクスポーズド・パッド付き SOIC−16 WB パッケージで提供されます。
