Overview

リニア定電流レギュレータ（CCR）は、シンプルで経済的、ロバストなデバイスで、LEDの電流制御向け（定電流ダイオードのように）に低コストな設計を実現します。CCRは、自己バイアストランジスタ (SBT) 技術を採用し、広い電圧範囲で電流を制御します。負温度係数で設計されており、LEDを過電圧や過電流時の熱暴走から保護します。CCRは直ちに動作し、わずか0.5 V Vakで45%の電流出力です。外付け部品が不要で、ハイサイド/ローサイド・レギュレータとして使用できます。120 Vアノード-カソード電圧は、A/Cオフラインアプリケーションに見られる高ピーク電圧に耐えられるように設計されています。高アノード-カソード電圧は車載、産業用、または商業用看板アプリケーションにみられるサージに対する耐性に優れています。
