LM317M は調整可能な 3 端子のリニア正電圧レギュレータで、出力電圧範囲 1.2 V ～ 37 V で 500 mA を超えて供給できます。非常に使いやすく、出力電圧を設定するのに必要な外付け抵抗は 2 つだけです。さらに、内部電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン、安全領域補償を採用しているため、実質的にブローアウト・プルーフです。LM317M は、ローカルのオンカード・レギュレーションを含む広範なアプリケーションに対応します。このリニア電圧レギュレータは、非常にシンプルな調整可能スイッチング・レギュレータやプログラム可能な出力レギュレータにもなります。調整と出力との間を固定抵抗器で接続すれば、LM317M は高精度電流レギュレータとして使用できます。
