Overview

NCP630 は低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア正電圧レギュレータで、温度過昇時に 3.0 mA、最大ドロップアウト電圧 1.25 V で、3.0 A の出力電流提供を保証する能力を持ちます。高速ターンオン時間により、低電圧マイクロプロセッサのアプリケーションで一般的に見られる負荷のステップ変更が可能になります。NCP630 は現在、2 つの外付け抵抗で 1.2V までプログラム可能な調整可能出力バージョンとして、また 3.47 V の固定出力バージョンとして提供されています。オンチップ・トリミングは、基準/出力電圧を +/- 1.5％ の精度内で調整します。内部保護機能には、出力電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウンがあります。NCP630 は D2PAK パッケージで提供されます。
