Overview

CAT6219 は、500 mA CMOS 低ドロップアウト・レギュレータであり、負荷電流とライン電圧の変化に短時間で反応します。 クイックスタート機能により、外部バイパス・キャパシタを使用して、わずか 150 µs の起動時間に影響を与えることなく全体の出力ノイズを低減できます。 CAT6219 は、シャットダウン電流がゼロで、グランド電流は標準で 55 µA という低さです。電源電圧 2.3 V ～ 5.5 V のバッテリ駆動デバイスに最適です。電源電圧が 2.15 V (標準) を下回ると、内蔵の低電圧ロックアウト回路により、出力が無効にされます。 CAT6219 は、初期精度は 1% です。500 mA で 300 mV (標準) の低ドロップアウト電圧を提供します。小型のセラミック・キャパシタが安定動作を提供し、必要な基板スペースとコンポーネント・コストを削減します。 その他の機能には、電流制限とサーマル保護があります。 この LDO は、固定出力タイプと調整可能出力タイプからお選びいただけます。ロープロファイル (高さ最大 1 mm) 5 リード TSOT23、6 パッド 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm WDFN および 6 パッド 2 mm x 2 mm TDFN パッケージで提供されます。
