Overview

CAT6243 は、負荷電流とライン電圧の変化に高速応答する最大 1000 mA の出力電流を提供する、低ドロップアウト CMOS 電圧レギュレータです。CAT6243 は、0.8 V 〜 5.0 V のユーザ調整可能な出力電圧を提供し、その低静止電流により、CAT6243 はエネルギー重視の設計に最適です。CAT6243 は、PCB へのヒート・シンク用の電源パッドを備えた、省スペースの 3 mm x 3 mm WDFN-6 パッケージにパッケージ化されています。
