Overview

CS5203-3 リニア・レギュレータは、+/- 1.5％ の出力電圧精度で、3A で 3.3V リファレンスを提供します。このレギュレータは、ポスト・レギュレータおよびマイクロプロセッサ電源としての使用を目的としています。このレギュレータは、ループ応答が速くドロップアウト電圧が低いため、低電圧動作や優れた過渡応答が重要なアプリケーションに最適です。この回路は 3A の出力電流と 1.15V 未満のドロップアウト電圧を提供するように設計されています。最大静止電流は、最大負荷でわずか 10mA です。デバイス保護には、過電流およびサーマル・シャットダウンが含まれます。CS5203-3 は、LT1085 ファミリのリニア・レギュレータとピン間互換性を持ちます。レギュレータは、表面実装 D2 パッケージで提供されます。
